You have GREAT potential. your art is very good. but you DESPERATELY need to work on your tweens, they are TERRIBLE. your art and frame by frame are very well done, but the tweens just jumble every thing up. make them smoother. and cleaner. less wobbles. and if you want it to wobble. make it drastic, not gradual.
